How does the installation process work?
Stage 1 – Risk Assessment & Site Survey
A risk assessment and site survey of your premises is a necessary requirement. If needed, one of our own qualified consultants can carry out the survey for you. This will identify any potential vulnerability and suggest practical services to strengthen these risk areas.
Stage 2 – Design & Planning
Working from your risk assessment and site survey, our team of Designers will create a comprehensive security system to meet your requirements. A Project Manager will be assigned to provide you with a first point of contact and to consult with you over every phase of the installation from start to finish.
Stage 3 – Installation & Training
We aim to make every installation run as smoothly as possible, and our quality policy ensures that all our clients receive the highest level of service. If, for example, a project needs to be completed within a short timescale, we will deploy extra Installation Engineers rather than compromise the quality of the installation. Whatever the challenge, we are always committed to achieving the best results.
Once installation is completed, the Project Manager will oversee any training your employees may require. All our Trainers undertake courses provided by the product manufacturers, so we can train your staff to have total confidence and understanding of their new equipment.
